Description
Calcineurin activity is required for neural differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ESC). We assessed gene expression changes at several time points of in vitro ESC to neural differentiation when calcineurin activity is inhibitied by its antagonist FK506 and Cyclosporin(CsA).
